REVELANT EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Overview weekly productions for filming 3-4 weekly meetings in scheduling freelancers to film city meetings in four cities encoding and enabling coverage of meetings to be placed in server for rebroadcast.
* Prepared the weekly programming television schedules for four channels for broadcast in the production department. Increased the visibility of program schedule distribtion of weekly program schedules via e-mail to all customers in the community.
* Ensured the operation of the production department playback channels for nightly meeting broadcast of LIVE and Taped meetings on a daily/weekly time frame. Increased the accuracy of the playback channels to be able to log into servers remotely to assure playback operations were running.
* Maintained and operated production department's mobile production van for franchise government meetings/events. Increased coverage by transmitting meetngs LIVE over the cable television channel.
* Learned new program servers for the production playback operations within a two month time frame. Established working order of all new servers within two weeks, once launched and in operation.

Government Access Production Coordinator (2006-2008)
* Served as production department liaison between the Cable Company and Government Franchise Authorities for four cities.
* Maintained program schedules for What’s Airing on TV? and sent file updates to the webmaster for posting on the companies website. Increased viewing audience by 3% by having the schedules available online.
* Undertook the initiative of producing television programs for four franchise government agencies. Completed the programs within a 28-day completion time for airing on television.
* Operated, scheduled, encoded television shows to be played on the cable company local original channel, as well as government access and public access channels..
* Produced, directed, edited television shows of local events in the community; such as, cross country 10/5K Run-Walk, High School Graduation, Community Leaders’ Breaksfast.
* Directed and operated the production control room for the Live City Council meetings once-a-week. Transferred the master copies of the meetings back to the production office and encoded the DVD’s into the server for rebroadcast within 12 to 72 hours.
* Established an inventory and ordered tape stock for the production department. Kept a database of all tape stock on-hand and ordered as needed on a 6 month time frame.
* Managed, logged and duplicated customer requests of purchased copies of edited shows. Kept a database of all purchases on a monthly basis and submitted to the production manager every quarter for budget reports.
* Collected general community announcements for local groups for the community access bulletin board. Edited and inserted the announcement to be shown on the local community channel for publicizing the events.
Public Access Production Coordinator (2003-2006)
* Organized and led monthly public access orientation classes for community producers enabling them to be certified to use the local cable television studio facilities. Created a database and was the liaison between the local community users and managed the scheduling of studio and edit bay facilities for all producer users.
* Prepared the weekly programming television schedules for four channels for broadcast in the production department. Increased the visibility of program schedule distribution of weekly program schedules in the front customer lobby. Created an email distribution list for customers.
